How does Third Coast Bank protect my information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.   
  • Third Coast Bank does not share information with our affiliates. 
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. 
  • Third Coast Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so that they can market you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. 
  • Our joint marketing partners include financial services companies.

For Massachusetts, Mississippi and New Jersey Customers. We will not share personal information from deposit or share relationships with non-affiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.

FDIC Insurance

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act signed on July 21, 2010, made permanent the current standard maximum deposit insurance amount (SMDIA) of $250,000. The FDIC coverage limit applies per depositor, per insured depository institution, for each account ownership category.
