Fraudsters may try to spoof our Service Center phone number (833) 844-7708 to contact customers. Please be advised:
Third Coast Bank will never call you to initiate a wire transfer, payment, or funds movement.
We will never ask you to provide sensitive information such as passwords, one-time passcodes, or full account details during an unsolicited phone call.
If you receive a call that appears to be from our Service Center or Fraud Department requesting this type of information, do not respond and hang up immediately.
We take the security of your accounts seriously and appreciate your vigilance in helping protect your financial information.
