Third Coast Bank will never call you to initiate a wire transfer, payment, or funds movement.

We will never ask you to provide sensitive information such as passwords, one-time passcodes, or full account details during an unsolicited phone call.

If you receive a call that appears to be from our Service Center or Fraud Department requesting this type of information, do not respond and hang up immediately.
